Il progetto prevede anche lo sviluppo di un piattaforma di promozione (piattaforma e-promotion) e, contestualmente, la creazione della rete\/community \u201cAuthentic Olive Net\u201d (piattaforma e-Networking) in cui potranno incontrarsi e collaborare diversi attori della filiera olearia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASSOPROLI ha inoltre organizzato un Workshop tematico con gli interventi dell&#8217;agronomo Giacomo Carreras &#8211; Presidente dell&#8217;Ordine degli Agronomi e dei Medici Forestali della Provincia di Bari &#8211; e del Prof. Salvatore Camposeo &#8211; Dipartimento di Scienze Agroalimentari e Territoriali dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Bari Bari &#8211; e visita studio ad alcune eccellenze del territorio, per ripercorrere la filiera olearia: Vivai De Nicolo di Terlizzi, Azienda Agricola Ruggiero, Frantoio Cooperativo Cima di Bitonto, Frantoio Cooperativo I Tre Campanili e Sistema di Stoccaggio Assoproli Bari ad Andria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le prossime attivit\u00e0 sono la definizione del Marchio &#8220;Authentic Olive Net&#8221; e della relativa Carta e Regolamento dei Valori, lo sviluppo della Piattaforma e della Community, ed infine un bando di interesse rivolto alle aziende per entrare a far parte della rete &#8220;\u200bAutenticit\u00e0&#8221; .\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasquale Mastandrea &#8211; Presidente Assoproli &#8211; sottolinea che, attraverso questo Progetto, Assoproli cerca di dare una risposta concreta alle richieste dei suoi soci che, visto il momento particolare che sta affrontando il settore, stanno spingendo verso il miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 dell&#8217;olio di oliva come strumento di lotta contro il calo dei prezzi di mercato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francesco Cuddemi &#8211; Project officer del Programma Interreg
