PREVEZA), un evento dal titolo: \u201cFormazione e Olio d&#8217;oliva\u201d finalizzato alla promozione dell&#8217;olio extravergine di oliva oli prodotti da variet\u00e0 locali agli studenti e laureati di D.I.E.K PREVEZA.<br>L&#8217;evento si svolger\u00e0 venerd\u00ec 17\/12\/2021 alle ore 15:00 \u2013 17:00, nei locali del D.I.E.K. PREVEZA.<br>L&#8217;evento sar\u00e0 organizzato come un Workshop tematico, con la partecipazione di relatori invitati correlati con il tema specifico, comprese presentazioni sul valore nutritivo degli oli d&#8217;oliva locali e la promozione del concetto di &#8220;autenticit\u00e0&#8221;, l&#8217;uso di coltivazioni e produzioni rispettose dell&#8217;ambiente tecniche dell&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva, metodologie innovative per la certificazione di autenticit\u00e0 dell&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva sviluppate nell&#8217;ambito del progetto AUTHENTIC-OLIVE-NET e un evento di prova dell&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva al termine.<br>L&#8217;obiettivo principale del progetto AUTHENTIC-OLIVE-NET \u00e8 lo sviluppo e la fornitura di metodi, strumenti e servizi innovativi e integrati per la certificazione e la promozione dell&#8217;autenticit\u00e0 dell&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva i produttori \/ standardizzatori \/ distributori di olio d&#8217;oliva nella croce comune -area di confine GRECIA-ITALIA.<br>Preveza Chamber ritiene che lo sviluppo di sinergie e collaborazioni tra gli enti produttivi locali e gli istituti di formazione professionale della regione, come D.I.E.K. PREVEZA, \u00e8 necessario per l&#8217;aggiornamento delle competenze rilevanti delle risorse umane locali che operano nell&#8217;olivicoltura e nella produzione di olio d&#8217;oliva al fine di sostenere i loro sforzi per la produzione e la promozione di oli extravergini di oliva locali di alta qualit\u00e0.<br>Per questo motivo Preveza Chamber ringrazia il D.I.E.K.
