In conclusion, the project leads to resources savings, better and broader knowledge transfer, bonding and cooperation between neighboring countries, and better efficiency and sustainability of project’s results.
Thus, the transnational cooperation is absolutely necessary and gives a significant added value to the project and it is clear that the proposed objectives could not be efficiently reached only on a national/regional/local level.
