The second Project Technical meeting of the Authentic Olive Net Project – funded by the Interreg VA Greece-Italy 2014-2020 program, was held on May 29 via skype by Preveza Chamber of Commerce. The meeting was attended by all Project Partners: Chamber of Commerce of Preveza as Leader by Mrs Sofia Thanou and Mrs Stavroula Sakalaki, Region of Western Greece (EL), ELGO Demeter (EL), ASSOPROLI and the Chamber of Commerce of Foggia.
During the meeting, discussed and presented the activities which have been done regarding the Work Package 3, specifically collection the local olive samples in the Region Unit of Preveza and analysis-results which have been completed by ELGO “DEMETER” from greek partners, and also by “ASSOPROLI” in Bari. Furthermore, has been presented the procedures which have been implemented regarding the e-promotion platform development and also the utility of it simultaneously with the development of e-networking platform in which factors of supply chain oil will have the possibility to make face to face meetings and to succeed collaborations.
Additionally, representatives of Preveza Chamber of Commerce have presented to all partners, executives Joint Secretariat of the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy Programme and the Communication Officer, the web-site of the programe as well the social media accounts (facebook (https://interreg-authentic-olive-net.eu), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/interregauthenticolivenet) ,Twitter (https://twitter.com/auth_olivenet) through which will be done the publication of activities of all partners of project.
Forthcoming activities are the definition of the “Authentic Olive Net” Trademark and the related Values Chart and Regulation, the development of the Platform and the Community, and finally a call for interest addressed to companies to become part of the “Authenticity” network.
Finally, in the meeting participated Mrs Eleni Giannopouloy and Mr Gianfranco Gadaleta, executives Joint Secretariat of the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy Programme and Mrs Carmela Sfregola, Communication Officer approved the vision, strategy and operative plan defined by Project Partners as well they gave advice on how to be continue our activities in order to complete the project.
